Noodlewrist Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Noodlewrist. I am committed to providing you with a clear and transparent returns policy, in line with Finnish consumer law. Since each shirt is custom-made specifically for your order, returns are limited, so please read the policy carefully before making a purchase.

Overview

Due to the custom-made nature of each shirt produced by Styriashirts.eu, returns or refunds are not available for reasons such as size, preference, or change of mind. These items are exempt from Finland’s standard 14-day right of return, as they are made-to-order and produced individually upon request.

Please carefully review all product details, including sizes, before placing your order. If you have questions before purchasing, feel free to contact me at noodlewrist@outlook.com.

Eligibility for Return

I only accept returns if an item is defective or incorrect upon delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases
  • Gift cards, downloadable software products, and certain health and personal care items

To complete your return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not send your purchase back to Styriashirts.eu, as returns must be coordinated through me.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds are granted only in certain cases, such as:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to my error
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Processing Returns and Refunds

If you believe you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact me at noodlewrist@outlook.com within 14 days of receiving your order. I will provide instructions for returning the item, and once I receive and inspect it, I’ll send you an email to notify you about the approval or rejection of the refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund yet, please take the following steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing time before a refund is posted may vary.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

I replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please send me an email at noodlewrist@outlook.com.

Shipping Returns

If a return is authorized due to a defective or incorrect item, I will cover the return shipping costs. If a return is initiated for any other reason, return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.

For high-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as I cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
